Hop-on Hop-off Classic Tour + Berlin Icebar

Combine the best sights of Berlin with the coolest bar in the city.

Our City Sightseeing Berlin bus will take you all over the city at your own pace, including to the Berlin Icebar. You choose where to hop-on and where to hop-off at any of our 18 stops in the city or take the full 2,5 hour bus tour before deciding what you want to see up close. To visit the Icebar you will want to hop off the bus at Neptunbrunnen/Rotes Rathaus.

A visit to the Berlin Icebar transports you first to a tavern in Bremerhaven and then, on to North Pole. The experience includes 3 free drinks, the first of which you'll have in the tavern. Then, after arming yourself against the -10° Celsius cold with a warm jacket and gloves, you step into the freezing Icebar, where you can enjoy two more drinks. Here everything is made of ice, from the art to the seats and even the glasses!

  • Bus stops at all major sightseeing points in Berlin
  • Go on an historic German Polar Expedition
  • Drink from glasses made of ice

The rich history of the city of Berlin has resulted in plenty of sights to see. A little over 100 years ago Berlin was the capital of the German Empire and just 35 years ago the city was split in half until the fall of the Berlin Wall. Today the city celebrates freedom and diversity without forgetting its past.

There is so much to see and do in Berlin, many things are related to the city and the country's past. For example, you can visit the DDR Museum on the northern banks of the Spree river to learn more about the city's recent history. Or take a further step back in time at Checkpoint Charlie. The polar expedition the Berlin Icebar experience is based on took place in 1869.

Not all sights in the Berlin are marked by the city's history though. You can climb to the top of the TV-Tower on Alexanderplatz for an amazing view or enjoy the greenery of Tiergarten. Go shopping on Ku'damm or explore the Art Nouveau courtyards of Hackesche Höfe. With this Hop-on Hop-off bus you can discover the German capital at your own pace.
